What is the course format?
The course consists of weekly videos (1-3 hrs of content per week, most being 1 hr) and challenges to help you apply what you learn each week. The engaging format allows you to make changes to your lifestyle, thought processes and spiritual life at a pace that is manageable while creating life-long habits.
It is an action packed course with 21-hours of content, as well as an electronic course book is provided with the course to guide you through your experience.
The course book contains:
- Week-by-week guidance on which videos to watch and challenges to reinforce what you learned and bring lasting change in your life.
- Pre-course assessments and recommended labs to complete to allow you to understand your baseline health status and monitor for improvements throughout the course.
- Valuable handouts including a detailed food plan to promote cellular healing, increased muscle mass, improved cognition and weight loss.
How long do I have to complete the course?
The course is designed to be completed in 14-weeks. However, it can be taken at a pace that fits your life. You will have 9-months to complete the course from the time of purchase.
